Health, Safety, and Compliance
Trained Staff
All staff undergo state and federal Background Checks (BCI & FBI) and receive mandatory pre-camp ODJFS training in child abuse recognition, first aid, and communicable disease prevention.
Emergency Preparedness
Detailed, written plans for immediate response to fire, severe weather, and medical emergencies are in place. This includes our strict, documented Lost or Missing Child Procedure.
Active Health Management
We have clear policies on illness exclusion and the administration of medication. Parents must submit the necessary ODJFS medical forms for any specialized care needs (allergies, etc.).
Regulatory Access
Per ODJFS guidelines, the official rules governing our Child Day Camp are available for review upon request at the camp office.
