Policies

Booking and Deposits: To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $75 is required for the $275 & $200.00 package, $100 for the $375 package, and $50.00 for the $155.00 package. The remaining balance is due on the day of the party. Bookings must be made at least 14 days in advance to ensure availability. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to reschedule the party. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future booking within six months. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the party date will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. Waivers: To participate in any activities, all guests must fill out and sign waivers PRIOR to the start of the party. After booking, you will receive an email with links to the required information and waivers.
