Policies

Waivers: All parents or legal guardians must complete a waiver for each child participating in the field trip. Number of Participants: The total number of children and aides attending the field trip must be provided. Rules and Regulations: Supervision: Each group must have a minimum of one aid per five children. Arrival Time: Groups should arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Behavior: Children must be supervised at all times and follow the center's rules. Food and Drinks: Only water is allowed in the sensory areas. Snacks can be consumed in designated areas. Emergency Contact: Each child must have an emergency contact listed on their waiver. Special Needs: Please inform Sensory Escape of any special needs or accommodations required for the children. Clean-Up: Groups are responsible for cleaning up their area before leaving. Payment: Payment of $250 must be made at the time of booking to secure the slot. By booking a field trip to Sensory Escape, you agree to these terms and conditions. Sensory Escape reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a field trip if these terms are not followed.
