Party Rules & Safety

Deposits & Booking

A 50% deposit is required to hold your date.
The full balance is due 48 hours before the party starts.
Parties must be booked at least two weeks in advance.

Ohio Winters & Cancellations

Snow happens! If there is a Level 2 or 3 snow emergency in Canton, we will help you reschedule for free.
Cancellations made 7 days before the party get a full credit for a later date.
Refunds are not available for no-shows or last-minute changes.

Arrival & Food Rules

You can arrive 15 minutes early to set up your decorations.
Outside food is welcome! We just ask that it stays in the designated party room.
Clean-up must be finished within 15 minutes of the party ending.

Safety & Behavior

Adult supervision is required at all times.
Please follow gym rules to keep the space safe and calm for everyone.
Socks are required for all kids playing on the equipment.
