Our mission at Sensory Escape is to provide a joyful, inclusive, and secure environment for the neurodivergent community. While we strive to create a protective space, our unique high-end sensory gym, VR vault, and arcade involve physical activity and specialized equipment. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you understand and assume all natural risks associated with play, including minor or more significant injuries that may occur during exploration.Active supervision is the foundation of our safety. Because we are not a drop-off center, parents or legal guardians are required to remain present and provide constant, direct monitoring of their children at all times. This ensures your child stays within their physical limits and uses the facility in a way that is safe for themselves and others. Our staff members are here to help guide you, but primary responsibility for a child’s safety rests with their caregiver.To maintain a peaceful experience, all visitors must agree to use the equipment only for its intended purpose and follow the verbal and written directions of our staff. We reserve the right to ask families to leave the facility immediately if safety protocols are not being followed or if behavior poses a risk to the community. Additionally, you authorize Sensory Escape to seek emergency medical attention for you or your minor child should an urgent health situation arise during your visit.By continuing, you hereby release Sensory Escape and its employees from any and all liability, claims, or actions arising out of your participation or use of the facility. If you are hosting a private event, you are responsible for ensuring that every guest family has a signed waiver on file before the start time. No child will be permitted to enter the mega-structure or play areas without a completed form. You also grant us permission to use photographs or video footage taken at the gym for community and marketing purposes to help our mission grow.
