Our approach to privacy
Sensory Escape is committed to handling family and child information responsibly. Public website forms are intentionally limited and should not be used to submit IEPs, ETRs, evaluations or other sensitive clinical or educational records.
Public website
Our public contact and interest forms collect the name, email, optional phone, topic and message provided. Family inquiries and employment applications collect the details shown on their respective forms. We use submissions to respond and route requests to the appropriate internal review queue. Do not send sensitive documents through these public pages.
Employment applications
Applications collect the contact details, experience, availability and professional-readiness answers you choose to submit. After you review and submit the application, those answers are sent to our private hiring queue for review. Do not include sensitive identity, tax, banking, background-check or medical records in the public application.
Parent Portal
The intended Parent Portal uses a separate authenticated AppSheet environment for child-specific records and family information. Access will be invitation-only and restricted by verified guardian identity, assigned roles and Family ID. Those controls must be tested before private documents or messaging are made available.
Security and compliance
Our technical architecture is still being configured and reviewed. Secure uploads, child-specific messages, role-based isolation, applicable agreements, access controls and operational safeguards must be verified before sensitive information is handled. We do not represent the Parent Portal as HIPAA compliant while those requirements remain unverified.
