Coming Spring 2027: enrollment inquiries are open now, with no waitlist. Program hours will be Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with a 1:4 support model and Intervention Specialist-led instruction aligned with applicable IEP goals.

How the process works.
- Family inquiryShare your contact details, your child’s age, the areas where support would help and how you heard about us. No IEP, diagnosis or medical document is required to send this first message.
- Initial screeningOur team reviews the age range, stated priorities, program scope and any information needed to decide whether a private consultation may be useful. We may ask clarifying questions before inviting you to book.
- Private family consultationIf invited, discuss your child’s communication, strengths, sensory preferences, routines, support needs, safety considerations and what the family wants to work toward. This conversation is not a diagnostic or clinical evaluation.
- Records, fit and funding reviewWhen relevant, we request educational or other records through approved secure instructions. The team considers the child’s applicable IEP goals, the Intervention Specialist-led educational model, the planned 1:4 support ratio, and whether qualified staffing and the Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. program can meet the child’s needs. Funding or authorizations must be verified before any offer.
- Enrollment and readinessFor families invited forward, the team explains required permissions, health and emergency forms, handbook acknowledgment, individualized planning and orientation. A start date can be confirmed only after necessary arrangements are in place.
Please do not submit diagnoses, IEPs, ETRs, evaluations or medical records through this public form or ordinary email. Admissions will provide private instructions when records are needed.
BEFORE A PLACEMENT IS OFFERED
What we need to understand.
A consultation helps both the family and the team decide whether it makes sense to continue. A diagnosis or age range alone cannot answer whether the program has the right environment and supports for your child.
Support and safety
Whether your child needs specialized supervision, adaptations or plans for health, sensory or behavioral safety, and whether the proposed staffing and environment could meet those needs.
IEP goals and services
Which applicable IEP goals the Intervention Specialist will direct; how Sensory Support Aides/Specialists may assist with goal practice and progress observations; and which separately authorized clinical services, if any, may be appropriate.
Practical readiness
Fit within the Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. schedule and 1:4 support model; availability of qualified staff; required documents and permissions; and any applicable scholarship participation or funding authorizations.
Not every inquiry proceeds to a consultation or enrollment offer. We will communicate the next step after review; enrollment is open with no waitlist, while individual placement and start dates are confirmed through the admissions process.
