JOIN SENSORY ESCAPE

We are building a team that knows children deserve better.

This is not a high-volume clinic. It is a small, intentional sensory-first environment where people know the children, respect families and care about the quality of the work.

HOW WE WORK

Professional, warm and human.

Children first

We do not chase volume. We protect quality, safety and meaningful progress.

Families matter

Families are partners, not paperwork. We communicate clearly and respectfully.

People need a life

We are intentionally building sustainable roles, reasonable schedules and a culture that does not glorify burnout.
