We are accepting inquiries for our planned Spring 2027 cohort. An inquiry or consultation does not reserve a place or guarantee enrollment, funding or a start date.

Start with a family inquiry. Admissions reviews it through initial screening before sending a private booking invitation when there is a potential fit. The calendar is not linked publicly on our website.

Our pediatric intervention program is designed for autistic and neurodivergent children ages 3–6 with developmental, communication, sensory, learning or participation needs. We review fit individually; age or diagnosis alone does not determine enrollment.

No. Sensory Escape is a pediatric intervention center. We are not a daycare, preschool, before-school or after-school care program.

No. Sensory Escape is intentionally sensory-first and does not market or provide ABA services.

Yes. We review the current IEP and relevant records to understand whether our program can appropriately support the child’s goals and needs. An IEP does not automatically guarantee enrollment.

An Evaluation Team Report is part of Ohio’s special-education evaluation process. If you are new to the process, we can help you understand the documents you have and what questions to bring to your school team.

We can help families understand the information in their records and discuss how goals may translate into functional participation at Sensory Escape. We do not replace the school team or amend an IEP ourselves.

Absolutely not. Start with what you know. Tell us your child’s age, what brings you to us and what you are hoping will be different. We can tell you what information we need next.

No. Clinical services are individualized. OT, SLP and PT are considered based on documented need, the child’s plan, clinical judgment and applicable authorization. There is no automatic therapy bundle.

Ohio’s Autism Scholarship Program can allow eligible families to choose participating providers for education and services described in the child’s IEP or AEP. Scholarship eligibility, provider participation and funding rules are handled through the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce. We will help you understand the process, but we do not guarantee eligibility or coverage.

Please do not submit diagnoses, IEPs, ETRs, evaluations or medical records through this public form or ordinary email. Admissions will provide private instructions when records are needed.

We will be honest. Safety and appropriate fit come before enrollment. Sometimes the right answer is a referral or a different level of support.

Yes. We believe the family needs support, not just the child. Our sister nonprofit, Stark Sensory Center for Neurodiversity, is being developed to provide parent support groups, twice-monthly respite nights and broader neurodiversity community connection.
