Start with the inquiry
Tell us the basics: your child’s age, what is bringing you here, what is working, and what you hope will change. Do not send sensitive records through the public form.
We tell you what happens next, what we need, why we need it and where it belongs.
Every step has a purpose. We protect your time, your child’s privacy and the quality of our fit decision.

Choose a convenient time for a short initial conversation. This is a practical first screen—not a clinical evaluation and not a promise of enrollment.
When records are needed, Sensory Escape gives the parent or guardian access to the authenticated Parent Portal.
Enter family and child information, permissions and required acknowledgments in the parent workflow.
Upload IEPs, ETRs, evaluations and other requested documents only through the signed-in document form.
We discuss strengths, regulation, communication/AAC, transitions, peer participation, motor needs, independence, current services and family priorities.
We determine whether the Sensory Escape model appears appropriate, safe and capable of supporting the child’s documented priorities.
If appropriate, we complete the service plan, funding steps, enrollment requirements and family orientation before services begin.
Sign in to the Parent Portal. Access is limited to approved family accounts.
